🔄 Returns Policy
Please review before purchasing:
• Returns must be postmarked within 14 days of delivery
• Refunds are issued minus a 3% credit card processing fee
• All sale items are FINAL SALE and not eligible for return or refund
We pour a lot of time, heart, and attention into making sure you love what you order the first time around. However, we know that sometimes things just don’t work out—and that’s okay. Our goal is to make returns simple and stress-free, while also helping you get it right from the start.
We encourage you to read each product description carefully and reach out with any questions about fit, sizing, jewelry details, fabric, or styling. We’re always happy to help before you buy!
🧾 How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please include a completed Return Form in your package.

There is no need to notify us before sending your return.
✅ Return Eligibility
Items may be returned for a refund if all criteria are met:
✔ Returned in new condition: unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and free of makeup, deodorant, perfume, lotion, smoke, stains, and odors.
✔ Original tags attached (when applicable).
✔ Postmarked within 14 days of confirmed delivery.
Additional terms:
🔹 Markdown items are eligible for store credit only.
🔹 Items discounted 50% or more, or sale items with an additional discount applied, are FINAL SALE and not returnable.
🔹 Items marked Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.
🎄 Holiday Exception: Orders placed Nov 1–Dec 24 may be returned if postmarked by January 15th.
💳 Refunds
Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days of receiving your return.
Refunds will be issued back to your original form of payment, minus a 3% credit card processing fee.
Because of inventory turnover and sell-out risk, we do not process exchanges. If you need a different size or style, we recommend placing a new order promptly to secure the item.
📦 Shipping Protection & Damaged/Defective Items
We now offer Shipping Protection at checkout to safeguard against loss, theft, or carrier damage.
If your package was damaged, lost, or stolen and you purchased shipping protection, please file your claim through the protection portal so we can assist you quickly.
If you did not purchase shipping protection and your package is lost, stolen, or damaged by the carrier, we will do our best to help, but replacements or refunds may not be guaranteed.
For defective or incorrect items, please contact us within 4 days of delivery at steph@ghcranchwear.com so we can fix the issue promptly.

We recommend adding tracking to your return shipment. Returns may be sent via USPS, UPS, or FedEx.

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
• Returns may be denied if items show wear, odors, or damage not caused during shipping.
• Promotional discounts, free items, or coupons used will be prorated in the refund.
• A maximum of 7 returns within 90 days is permitted (excluding confirmed defective items).
