📦 Shipping Policy

All orders are processed and packed within 1–5 business days. We always strive to be speedy, but if we are out of town "horsing around," please allow an extra day or two for us to catch up. 🐴

All products are ready to ship and not made to order. On rare occasions, a piece of jewelry may require additional inspection before shipping. If that happens, we will ship the rest of your items first and send the inspected piece as soon as possible.


🚚 Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We currently offer USPS Ground, USPS Priority, and UPS shipping options. Delivery timelines typically range from:

  • 1–5 business days within the U.S.

  • Average of 3 days when shipping outside of Michigan (varies by carrier)

Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information via text or email. Please make sure to include both with your order so we can reach you quickly if any updates are needed.
